So… what started off as a hobby, became her full-time work in 2003 after completing her training in Los Angeles. “What I absolutely love about teaching is seeing how Yoga benefits those who dedicate their time and energy to it – helping them to improve their mental, physical and emotional health, and also, how Yoga can be available to ANYONE, whatever your ability. Just do your best!”

In February 2012, Kee attended a Bikram Yoga retreat in India which helped his focus and understanding of Yoga. It was during this time he started thinking of the possibility of becoming a teacher, with the knowledge that he could pass on the physical and mental healing benefits of BY to others.
After 12 years of working behind a desk on IT Projects, Kee decided it was time for a change and enrolled on Teacher Training in Los Angeles, Autumn 2012. He went on to complete his Spiralling Crow Vinyasa Yoga and Hot Power Teacher Training with Alessandro and Caroline at YogaVenue.

After her first class she realised she was pursuing the wrong career. She managed to incorporate daily Bikram practice into her busy school schedule while maintaining a pub job on the side. Bikram was the only thing that kept her going, so in Spring 2013, soon after graduating, she went to teacher training. Luka has since gone to to complete her Vinyasa Yoga and Hot Power Yoga with Spiralling Crow at YogaVenue in 2015.
Luka loves the calming effect that Bikram Yoga can bring. “I used to have a constant mind chatter that I’d just grown to accept, but after a year of regular practice the mind chatter stopped. I could breathe and enjoy life in the present moment. It has absolutely transformed my life.”

There are numerous beneﬁts from a regular Hot Yoga practice, including weight loss, improved muscle tone, strength and ﬂexibility, reduced back/knee pain, better concentration and focus and lower stress levels. The class is suitable for all levels from complete beginners to advanced students. Be prepared to sweat and have fun!
Hot 26 classes are 90 minutes long. All ability levels welcome. Classes are held in a heated room (temperature 40 – 41.5 °C). These classes are without music.
