Caroline Gozzi

Caroline stumbled across Bikram Yoga while living in Melbourne, Australia. After one class she knew that this was something very special and would become part of her everyday life. In 2005 she completed the Bikram Yoga Teacher training course in Los Angeles and later her Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Laughing Lotus in New York.
Caroline believes Yoga should be for everyone, regardless of age, ability or level of fitness. Her classes are open to everyone, challenging but fun at the same time.

Caroline teaches Hot 26, Hot Power Yoga, Hot HIIT Yoga, Lotus Flow and Vinyasa Yoga.
Caroline is a senior teacher registered with Yoga Alliance UK.

Caroline is the co founder of YogaVenue and the Spiralling Crow Vinyasa Teacher Training Course.

Katie Phelps

Katie first discovered yoga while at University - she found it helped with the stress of deadlines and exams and was a great antidote to sitting at a desk all day. It was after graduating and moving to London, that Katie began practising Vinyasa and fell in love with this dynamic style of yoga. In 2013, Katie completed her Teacher Training with Sally Parkes and has since furthered her learning with Alessandro at YogaVenue.
In March 2015, Katie trained to teach Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater. She believes this gentle, nurturing style is a fantastic complement to any yoga practice.
Katie is inspired by the way yoga has something new to teach us each time we step onto the mat. Her classes are therefore designed to offer students the opportunity to explore and develop their practice in a safe, supportive, uplifting and fun environment.


Katie teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga.

Anne-Marie Rumbol

Anne-Marie has practised various styles of Yoga over the past 10 years, but was bowled over by Vinyasa Yoga after meeting Claire Missingham and completed her teacher training with Claire in 2011.

Anne-Marie continues her Yoga learning studying with other great teachers and has gone on to become a restorative Yoga teacher with Judith Hanson Lasater. Anne-Marie is also qualified as a pre and post natal Yoga teacher having completed her training with Katy Appleton of appleyoga.

Anne-Marie believes being an excellent Yoga teacher involves a life-long quest for learning and improvement of both mind and body, which she loves to pass on to her students.


Anne-Marie teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Postnatal Yoga.

 
Our Lunch Time Flow are a gentle all level flowing Yoga class. There is focus on developing awareness and strength in the key muscle groups we use in our Yoga practise -  the legs, glutes, abdominal core area, and upper arms. The aim is to improve posture, develop core strength and improves stamina and flexibility, making this a class for everyone. Different options will be provided to allow you to work at the level that’s right for you no matter what your experience or history. It’s perfect if you are new to Yoga and want to build a solid foundation to allow you to work towards a stronger practice, if you want to develop your general body awareness and strength, or if you have a regular practice and want to spend some time working on the building blocks. Expect a mixture of static and flowing movements, props are used when required.
Lunch Time Flow classes are 75 minutes long. All ability levels welcome. Classes are held at room temperature. Music is played in these classes.
