Slow Flow - YogaVenueYogaVenue's Slow Flow to Bed and Slow Down Friday Flow classes are shorter, slower and more gentle Vinyasa Yoga classes which will unwind you, helping you to let go of the stresses of the day. Flowing standing sequences usually end with some twists, gentle backbends and deep forward folds to relax and release you, leaving you ready for a good night’s sleep. This class includes few and sometimes no sun salutations.

Slow Flow Yoga classes are 60 minutes long. All ability levels welcome. Classes are held at room temperature. Music is played in these classes.
