Hope McNamara Sear trained in musical theatre at the Royal Academy of Music in London and has a special interest in the Estill model of voice training. This is a model of function that can be used to develop vocal skills for speaking and singing. Jo Estill’s philosophy was that "Everyone has a beautiful voice. You just have to know how to use it." Hope has been teaching voice for a number of years and is currently on the pathway to become a CMT (Certified Master Teacher) of The Estill Model.

From October, Hope will be teaching singing and voice to acting students at the University of Northampton. She runs a private voice studio, is the resident singing teacher for MYCO (Musical Youth Company of Oxford) and leads WOX VOX, a community choir in West Oxford. Hope also works regularly with Nia Williams and Matt Winkworth, performing and workshopping their new musical theatre work.

Paul came to yoga in 2005 near the end of a 20-year career as a lawyer and law firm manager. After exploring several other styles of yoga practice, he found Jivamukti Yoga and its creators, Sharon Gannon and David Life, who became his teachers. In 2008 he became a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, and since then he has immersed himself full time in the teachings and practice of yoga, as well as the study of two forms of energy healing—BioGeometry and Matrix Energetics. In addition to teaching and energy healing, Paul spent 6 years working closely with his teachers as their editor and advisor, which enabled him to deepen his understanding and commitment to the practice of yoga and its goal, the realization of enlightenment, or deep and lasting peace and contentment.
Jivamukti appeals to Paul because it incorporates all elements of yoga philosophy and practice, including asana, meditation, devotion and service to others, and because it rests on the recognition of the Oneness of being—that is, beneath the surface of physical differences, all of creation is one unified whole. Gopal’s teachings are suffused with this recognition, which eliminates boundaries and views life and the world as a universe of limitless possibilities.
Paul is part of the 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Faculty at YogaVenue.

Derek was prodded into going to his first Yoga class by his daughters. Now when they complain that he has become a Yoga obsessive, he knows where to point the finger! He has complemented his martial arts and meditation background with Yoga Teacher Trainings in Hatha and Restorative Yoga at Triyoga London with Joey Miles and Anna Ashby and Astanga Yoga with John Scott. Derek believes that the best teacher is the student themselves and that the teacher’s job is to provide the best conditions in which this can flourish.

Derek teaches Restorative Yoga and Hatha Yoga.
Katie first discovered yoga while at University - she found it helped with the stress of deadlines and exams and was a great antidote to sitting at a desk all day. It was after graduating and moving to London, that Katie began practising Vinyasa and fell in love with this dynamic style of yoga. In 2013, Katie completed her Teacher Training with Sally Parkes and has since furthered her learning with Alessandro at YogaVenue.
In March 2015, Katie trained to teach Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater. She believes this gentle, nurturing style is a fantastic complement to any yoga practice.
Katie is inspired by the way yoga has something new to teach us each time we step onto the mat. Her classes are therefore designed to offer students the opportunity to explore and develop their practice in a safe, supportive, uplifting and fun environment.

Katie teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga.
