Luka found Bikram Yoga in her second year of studying drama at University. After her first class she realised she was pursuing the wrong career, and started to squeeze classes into her busy schedule before completing her Bikram Yoga teacher training in 2013. Luka went on to train in Vinyasa Yoga and Hot Power Flow with Spiralling Crow at YogaVenue in 2015 and completed her Yin Yoga teacher training with Sarah Low in 2017. Luka says Yoga has absolutely transformed her life, silencing her constant mind chatter and allowing her to breathe and enjoy life in the present moment.

Our Hot 26 Yoga class is a series of static Hatha Yoga asanas (postures) and breathing exercises developed by Bikram Choudhury. This set sequence of 26 asanas and 2 breathing exercises are performed in each class. Each posture stretches, strengthens and prepares the body for the next to maximise oxygenation and detoxiﬁcation; all together they work every part of the body. The beauty of practising the same movements in every class means you are able to see how your body is changing over time. You never get bored and you always learn something new in every class! Hot Yoga is practised in a room heated to around 40°C. The heat warms up the body allowing you to stretch into the asanas safely while at the same time aiding detoxiﬁcation and increasing the cardiovascular element of the class. This class includes static asanas, which means you do not flow from one to the next (no vinyasas or downward facing dogs).
There are numerous beneﬁts from a regular Hot Yoga practice, including weight loss, improved muscle tone, strength and ﬂexibility, reduced back/knee pain, better concentration and focus and lower stress levels. The class is suitable for all levels from complete beginners to advanced students. Be prepared to sweat and have fun!
Hot 26 classes are 90 minutes long. All ability levels welcome. Classes are held in a heated room (temperature 40 – 41.5 °C). These classes are without music.
Hot 26 Hour (60mins)
This is a shorter version of our regular 90 min Hot 26 class. Still 26 postures just now in 60 mins instead! All levels welcome. This class is heated to 40 degrees. Music is not played in this class.
Hot Power Hour (60mins with music)
Our Hot Power Hour is a shorter version of our Hot Power Flow 75min class. This 60min class brings together flowing and static asanas with an emphasis on upper body and core strength. Flowing sequences promote grace and stability while longer holds develop strength. The class is held in a heated room, so the heat warms up the body allowing you to stretch into the asanas (postures) safely while at the same time aiding detoxiﬁcation and increasing the cardiovascular element of the class. All our Hot Power Flow classes are chaturanga free to allow you to work on your alignment and focus on the integrity of flowing from one pose to the other safely. You will leave class feeling physically and mentally cleansed.
This class is great all-round class for all levels.
All ability levels welcome. Classes are held in a heated room (temperature 35-37 °C). Some of these classes are with music and are identiﬁed on our schedule.
