Justin has been practising Yoga for over 7 years, including Iyengar, Jivamukti and regular Vinyasa flow. With the hopes to enrich his own practice, Justin completed his Vinyasa training with Spiralling Crow at Yoga Venue in 2018. Justin has a background in practising and teaching both Kung Fu and Tai Chi; he brings the elements of focus and self-discipline from this experience into his own practice. Inspired by body awareness and connection through Vinyasa flow, he hopes to share his journey of self-refection and discovery through movement and attention.

Sunday Blues Fix
Every Sunday around 4 p.m., much of the developed world gives a collective groan. The weekend is fast receding, Monday is fast approaching, and the blues (a legit thing—ask the experts) set in. But you can outsmart them—and keep your mood in weekend mode till the clock strikes midnight—with one easy change - Yoga!
In this Vinyasa class we will work on beautiful flows that lift the body and the mind out of the heaviness of the coming Monday and bring a spring to your step so you go to bed with a smile on your face and ready to face your week.
This class is 75 minutes long. All ability levels welcome. Classes are held at room temperature. Music is played in these classes.
Vinyasa Yoga is a physically and mentally stimulating practice for all levels of experience. The focus is on our balance, breathing and connection to the earth — providing a way of moving through the asanas (postures) as well as exploring how our Yoga practice is related to our everyday life. Alignment is emphasized as a way of moving safely and deepening the practice. Expect sun salutations, chaturanga (alternative options given as well), and some inversions. In addition to the physical practice, breathing techniques (pranayama) encourage concentration and cleansing, chanting may be used to focus the mind, and Yogic scripture may be discussed from time to time. Music and hands-on assists are integral to the class.
Vinyasa classes range between 60 to 120 minutes long. All ability levels welcome. Classes are held at room temperature. Music is played in these classes.
