The Strength and Mobility class explores fundamental movement attributes such as level changes, squatting, spinal awareness, and coordination. All the way to more complex and dynamic movements such as arm balances, arching of the body and how to put everything together to create a cohesive and strong physical practice. The class also covers different methods of increasing flexibility, joint range of motion, and strength for the purpose of expressing quality movement habits and mechanics.
Suitable for all levels.
Strength & Mobility classes are practiced at room temperature for 60 minutes. All ability levels are welcome. Hands-on assists may be offered in these classes. Please do let the teacher know before or during the practice if you’re not comfortable receiving physical assistance.
