In this Handstand and Mobility class, we will go through a progressive approach to inversions. This will include some upper body strength and conditioning to prepare your body for arm balances.

This will include core, shoulders, and arm strength + endurance. We will also be working towards upper and lower body mobility benchmarks that will make transitions and different shapes a lot more accessible.

 

These benchmarks will include shoulder and spine mobility, forward folds, and the straddle position. This class is suitable for complete beginners as well as improvers who have some experience with inversions. Every student in the class will be given material to work with that is suitable to their level. This class is a great way to enjoy your journey with inversions in a safe environment.
