ONLINE ANATOMY LED MOVEMENT: Jivamukti Magic 10: Warming Up Our Practice

Dr Lori Zucker

A Doctor of Physical Therapy, Lori is a clinician and adjunct professor at Rutgers University, USA. She teaches yoga and anatomy workshops for both physical therapists and yoga practitioners.

A Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) and yoga practitioner, Lori regularly advises yoga professionals on anatomical alignment, injury prevention, and asana modifications. Lori is the primary anatomy instructor for the Jivamukti teacher trainings in New York, Costa Rica and India.


Lori is a valued member of the Spiralling Crow Teacher Training Faculty at YogaVenue and leads the anatomy course.
Join renowned physiotherapist and yoga teacher, Dr Lori Zucker for this online session where we look at specific body parts/areas we hold tightness and tension and explore the reasons for this and ways we can ease these feelings through movement. 
 
The session on Monday 19th will examine the 'Jivamukti Magic 10' and ask why we warm up, what 'warming up' is and what warm ups are best for you.
 
This session is suitable for everyone, even if you have limited Yoga experience. 
 
FEE: Included as part of memberships and monthly unlimited. Can use class packs for payment or purchase a £10 virtual workshop drop in. 
 
Time: 7.30-8.30pm. This session will be recorded and made available for 48hrs afterwards.
