Susanne Kaesbauer

Susanne discovered Yoga during her time at university in an effort to balance a busy schedule and compensate for all that time sitting down. She completed her teacher trainings in Vinyasa Yoga and Hot Power Flow in 2015 with Spiralling Crow at YogaVenue. Susanne is interested in helping everyone find the most stable alignment in postures and transitions; she believes that adapting postures to fit a person’s flexibility, strength and body shape is key to a safe and consistent practice. Her classes provide an inclusive space where everyone gets one to one attention.

Susanne teaches Hot Power Flow Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.

  • Hot Power Flow Yoga
  • The YogaVenue Hot Power Flow class perfectly combines flowing Vinyasa sequences with more static practices like the Hot 26. The structure of the class is designed to build strength and flexibility with an emphasis on upper body and core strength. Flowing sequences promote grace and stability while longer holds develop strength. The class is held in a heated room, so the heat warms up the body allowing you to stretch into the asanas (postures) safely while at the same time aiding detoxification and increasing the cardiovascular element of the class. All our Hot Power Flow classes are chaturanga free to allow you to work on your alignment and focus on the integrity of flowing from one pose to the other safely. Our Hot Power Flow class sequence changes every few months to ensure that the needs of both body and mind are met. Expect planks, sun salutations, warriors, hip openers and the option to include gentle arm balances. You may leave class feeling physically and mentally cleansed.
    This class is great all-round class for all levels. It is great to try if you are used to a Hot 26 practice and want to experiment with different styles in the heat. It's also perfect if you're used to more flowing Vinyasa classes and want to try something with a little heat.

  • Lunch Time Flow
  • Our Lunch Time Flow are a gentle all level flowing Yoga class. There is focus on developing awareness and strength in the key muscle groups we use in our Yoga practise -  the legs, glutes, abdominal core area, and upper arms. The aim is to improve posture, develop core strength and improves stamina and flexibility, making this a class for everyone. Different options will be provided to allow you to work at the level that’s right for you no matter what your experience or history. It’s perfect if you are new to Yoga and want to build a solid foundation to allow you to work towards a stronger practice, if you want to develop your general body awareness and strength, or if you have a regular practice and want to spend some time working on the building blocks. Expect a mixture of static and flowing movements, props are used when required.
    Lunch Time Flow classes are 75 minutes long. All ability levels welcome. Classes are held at room temperature. Music is played in these classes.

  • Vinyasa Yoga
  • Vinyasa Yoga is a physically and mentally stimulating practice for all levels of experience. The focus is on our balance, breathing and connection to the earth — providing a way of moving through the asanas (postures) as well as exploring how our Yoga practice is related to our everyday life. Alignment is emphasized as a way of moving safely and deepening the practice. Expect sun salutations, chaturanga (alternative options given as well), and some inversions. In addition to the physical practice, breathing techniques (pranayama) encourage concentration and cleansing, chanting may be used to focus the mind, and Yogic scripture may be discussed from time to time. Music and hands-on assists are integral to the class.

    Vinyasa classes range between 60 to 120 minutes long. All ability levels welcome. Classes are held at room temperature. Music is played in these classes.


  • Hot Power Hour (60mins with music)
  • Our Hot Power Hour is a shorter version of our Hot Power Flow 75min class. This 60min class brings together flowing and static asanas with an emphasis on upper body and core strength. Flowing sequences promote grace and stability while longer holds develop strength. The class is held in a heated room, so the heat warms up the body allowing you to stretch into the asanas (postures) safely while at the same time aiding detoxification and increasing the cardiovascular element of the class. All our Hot Power Flow classes are chaturanga free to allow you to work on your alignment and focus on the integrity of flowing from one pose to the other safely. You will leave class feeling physically and mentally cleansed.
