Why infrared heat?
Infrared heat works differently, here are just a few of the many benefits:
- It warms your body directly, not just the air
- Works at a cellular level improving cellular renewal and stimulating collagen
- Increases blood circulation aiding muscle development and recovery
- Reduces inflammation and pain
- Reduces spread of allergens (as dust and other allergens are not moved around with heated air flow)
- Less wasteful use of natural resources (significantly more energy efficient then hot air systems)
- Just as hot but doesn't feel as hot; great if you feel overwhelmed or nervous about being in a hot class
